Property plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling different sections of the property.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for dock shelters.
Further materials released as part of the continuing investigative release.
